* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 839 PM CDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rain is possible later tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Francis.
