* At 928 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Generally 2 to 4 inches have fallen across the warned area with isolated 5 + inch amounts. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
