* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 26.2 feet Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
