* WHAT...North winds 15 to 20 kt and steep seas 6 to 7 ft at 8 seconds. Beginning Sunday morning, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and steep wind-driven seas 8 to 11 ft.
* WHERE...All coastal waters north of Cape Blanco.
* WHEN...The current Small Craft Advisory is in effect until 8 PM PDT this evening. The second Small Craft Advisory is in effect from 8 AM Sunday to 5 AM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or damage smaller vessels.
