* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of western Maryland, including the following county, Garrett.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 608 AM EDT, the Cassleman River sits at 6.31 feet and is still rising. Emergency Management reports high water along the Cassleman River at Durst Road, Jennings Road, Dung Hill Road, Bittinger Road, and Maple Grove Road. Several homes also have flooded basements in the area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bittinger...
