* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
* WHEN...Until Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects old U.S. Highway 61 near the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
