* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM AKDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
