* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt. For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected.
* WHERE...Icy Strait.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM AKDT this afternoon. For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM this afternoon to 7 PM AKDT this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM to 10 PM AKDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
