* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Sappa Creek at Oberlin 1sw.
* WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Water spreads over agricultural fields and low lying areas with actual water depth in creek at about 6 feet. At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur in nearby agricultural fields and low lying areas. At 17.5 feet, The access road to the southeast of the bridge and gage site will become inundated.
