.Rounds of heavy rain has dumped between up to three inches of precipitation along the East Fork White River drainage basin over the past 48 hours, ending at 8 AM EDT this morning. This is bringing flooding to the area. Moderate flooding is ongoing at Shelbyville on the Big Blue River, and is likely to occur at Seymour on the East Fork White River starting today.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Flatrock River near Columbus.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, On April 6, 2011 after reaching 13 feet... Noblitt Park...CR 400N and Owens Bend Park remained flooded.
