* WHAT...For the Beach Hazards Statement through tonight, surf 5 to 7 feet with local sets to 8 feet. For the Coastal Flood Advisory through Tuesday afternoon, minor coastal flooding expected.
* WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas.
* WHEN...For the Beach Hazards Statement, through Sunday evening. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, through 2 PM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads during morning low tides with only isolated road closures expected. Elevated surf will lead to a high risk of rip currents and dangerous swimming conditions.
