* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Madison and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers, Wagoner and Washington OK.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
