* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Southwestern Fremont County in central Wyoming...
* WHEN...Until 245 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 221 PM MDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.2 and 0.8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.1 inches are expected over the area.
