* Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Belmont County in east central Ohio... Southeastern Guernsey County in east central Ohio... Monroe County in east central Ohio... Northeastern Noble County in east central Ohio... Marshall County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 504 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding in Belle Valley. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Woodsfield, Caldwell, Powhatan Point, Senecaville, Beallsville, Clarington, Summerfield, Lewisville, Sarahsville, Jerusalem, Wilson, Somerton, Alledonia, Stafford, Batesville, Miltonsburg and Seneca Lake Park.
