Flood Watch

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...The West Central Plateau, including Gallup and Zuni Pueblo.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour through early this evening. This activity will move slowly north and westward with repeated rounds of heavy rainfall possible through the evening.
