* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.3 feet (5.3 meters). - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet (4.9 meters). - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 19.1 feet (5.8 meters) this afternoon.
