* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 108 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated another round of heavy rain due to thunderstorms will move over locations that received heavy rainfall earlier this evening. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. 1 to locally 3 inches of rain have fallen in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
