* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Erie and Huron. In northwest Ohio, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky and Wood.
* WHEN...Through this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain rates will continue to occasionally affect the area through this afternoon.
