Water levels will will peak around 2 to 3 feet above the normal high tide line with the Tuesday afternoon high tide. Highest water levels are expected from Point Hope to Wainwright in association with the strongest west/southwest winds gusting 25 to 35 mph. Water levels gradually return to near normal levels Tuesday night.
