* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, temperatures up to 98. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Lower Treasure Valley and Upper Treasure Valley.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 9 PM MDT this evening. For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusts from the south and southwest will create areas of blowing dust and visibility as low as one mile, advancing northward through the area, with greatest impacts between 630 PM and 900 PM MDT.
