* At 653 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.8 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 176 and 185. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 9 and 11...and between mile markers 15 and 27.
