* WHERE...Kings Canyon NP, Sequoia NP, South End of the Upper Sierra, Upper San Joaquin River, and Yosemite NP outside of the valley.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 5 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
