The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 690 Kittitas Valley.

* TIMING...From 10 AM to 11 PM PDT Tuesday.

* WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
