* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 855 AM EDT, Locally excessive runoff and high water conditions will linger through midday across many parts of the advised area. Localized storm total rainfall as much as 8 to 10 inches had accumulated along the Blue Ridge. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
