Locations impacted include... Letcher, Cumberland, Evarts, Lynch, Benham, Blackey, Oscaloosa, Arthur, Dizney, Louellen, Premium, Lewis Creek, Kingdom Come S.P., Clutts, Shields, Maggard, Black Mountain, Clover, Pine Mountain, and Bailey Creek.
