* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Additionally, some tree damage is possible due to the very saturated soils.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A stalled front and a very moist airmass over eastern North Carolina will continue to support periods of heavy rain and thunderstorms with excessive rainfall rates.
