* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 822 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms last evening and overnight. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. While most fast responding creeks and streams have crest and are falling, it will take some time for flood waters to completely recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
