* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1242 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The Pennypack Creek went into flood stage. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
