Northwestern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Mason County in western West Virginia... Northwestern Putnam County in western West Virginia...

* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 344 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall is expected tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
