* WHERE...Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until noon MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 856 AM MST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in Brawley Wash at Manville Rd. - Brawley Wash at Manville Rd is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Three Points, Pascua Pueblo Yaqui Reservation, Tucson Estates, Valencia West, Picture Rocks and Ryan AirField. - This includes the following highways... Route 86 between mile markers 149 and 164. Route 286 between mile markers 44 and 45.
