The Flood Advisory will expire at 6 PM ChST this evening for Guam. Heavy showers have stratified over Guam and much of the coastal waters. Weather conditions have improved enough, that Urban area and small stream flooding is no longer posing a threat to areas previously under a Flood Advisory at this time.
