* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Major Flood stage. Water is near and under low lying houses on Donovan Circle with the road flooded. Goat Cooper and Waterworld Roads impassable, with major flooding near the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 4.1 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
