For the Llano River...including Mason...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Llano River near Mason.
* WHEN...Until Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur. Secondary roads and low water crossings will become flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening to 18.1 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening to 11.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.4 feet on 07/12/1988. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
