* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 7 to 10 ft. For the Gale Warning, north to northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 8 to 13 ft expected.
* WHERE...Coastal waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chincoteague VA out 20 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 AM EDT early this morning. For the Gale Warning, from 6 AM this morning to 7 PM EDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
