* WHAT...Water levels of 3 to 5 feet above the normal high tide line expected near Golovin. Water levels of 2 to 3.5 feet above the normal high tide line expected near Nome.
* WHERE...Southern Seward Peninsula Coast.
* WHEN...From 10 PM Sunday to 4 AM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Localized beach erosion may occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There remains a small amount of uncertainty in forecasted water levels, but confidence has increased in the water levels. Water levels are expected to peak during the high tide Monday morning and then return to normal throughout the day. The Tuesday high tide will be only 1 to 2 feet above normal. The highest water levels are expected near Golovin.
