At 1046 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen in the last 3 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area due to training storms. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
