* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following counties, Dale and Henry and southwest Georgia, including the following counties, Clay, Quitman and Randolph.
* WHEN...Until 345 PM EDT /245 PM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1237 PM EDT /1137 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour will also lead to additional flooding developing across the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
