* Special Marine Warning for... Coastal waters from Altamaha Sound to Fernandina Beach FL out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 214 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from near Amelia City to near Guana River State Park, moving east at 10 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Dorothy Louise Barge, Casablanca Reef, Atlantic Beach, Mayport, Nassau Sound Approach Buoy 6a, Anna Reef, Vilano Beach, Amelia City, South Ponte Vedra Beach, Palm Valley, Jacksonville Beach, Talbot Island, Buoy Kby, Saint Johns Lighted Buoy, Dungeness, Saint Marys Entrance Buoy 16, Whittakers Snapper Hole Reef, Guana River State Park, and Saint Augustine.
