* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding covers many secondary roads and bridges from the headwaters to Stonewall making them very dangerous to motorists. Low areas of LBJ National Park and the Park Road 49 bridge are flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 23.8 feet this afternoon.
