* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 650 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will allow minor flooding to persist. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Simpson, Stevenson, Rousseau, Bays, Mountain Valley, Haginsville, Guage, Rock Lick, Sikes, Taulbee, Camp Lewis, Lunah, Moct, Keck, Shockey, Sewell, Lambric, Vancleve, Wilhurst and Daisydell.
