* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following area, Jefferson IN and Kentucky, including the following areas, Bourbon, Clark KY, Fayette, Franklin, Harrison KY, Henry, Jessamine, Madison, Nicholas, Scott KY, Trimble and Woodford.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of repeated thunderstorms through tonight could lead to Flash Flooding across the watch area. Localized amounts over 3 to 4" are possible in spots. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
