* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following county, La Plata.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding and overflowing in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Avoid traveling and recreating through the advisory area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 252 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
