At 615 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a front, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots, which will include an abrupt shift to northerly winds. This front was located along a line extending from near Key Bridge to 12 nm west of Alexandria to 30 nm northwest of Mason Neck State Park, moving southeast at 20 knots.
