* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 614 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Dismal Creek, East River, East Wilderness Creek, Cecil Branch, Crab Orchard Creek, East Fork Cove Creek, Bluestone River and Big Spring Branch.
