Coastal Flood Warning

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Warning, significant coastal flooding. For the High Surf Warning, dangerously large breaking waves of 18 to 24 feet in the surf zone.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota.

* WHEN...Until 4 AM ChST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure may still be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. Breaking waves can sweep people off jetties and docks, and into dangerous seas. Life-threatening swimming conditions and significant beach erosion can be expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South to southeast swells and elevated wind waves induced by Super Typhoon Champi to the west-southwest will continue life-threatening surf and significant coastal flooding at least through early Monday morning.
