* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 914 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of moderate to heavy rain is moving into the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen and an additional inch of rain is possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
