* At 306 PM EDT, Even though heavy rainfall has ended for now, continued runoff will result in flash flooding of creeks and streams. Additionally, thunderstorms may move back into the area late this afternoon, further exacerbating the flooding situation.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. This area received between 3 to 4 inches from since midnight and is particularly vulnerable to additional heavy rainfall. People should remain vigilant into the early evening hours for additional rises of creeks and streams.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Chesterhill, Amesville, Bartlett and Fleming.
