* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northeastern McKinley County in west central New Mexico...
* WHEN...Until 530 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 331 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Heavy runoff expected within the Long Canyon and Kim-me-ni-oli Wash, crossing Highway 57. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
