* WHERE...All areas, with the strongest winds and steepest seas from around Port Orford southward.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong, gusty winds and steep to very steep hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
