IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... New Castle, Hermitage, Sharon, Butler, Grove City, Sharpsville, Ellwood City, Homeacre-Lyndora, Farrell, Shanor-Northvue, Meridian, Slippery Rock, Meadowood, New Wilmington, Oak Hills, Oakwood, New Castle Northwest, Mercer and New Beaver.
